Terms and Conditions:

When making a booking for a canyoning adventure with Adrenaline Rush Bali, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

Personal Information:

We require the following personal information from each participant:

      • Full Name
      • Height
      • Weight
      • Shoe Size
      • Age
      • Hotel Address in Bali*
      • WhatsApp number*

* Please ensure that the provided information is accurate and relevant to the primary participant or group leader.

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is considered confirmed once we have received the necessary personal information and deposit payment.

Payment:

      • A deposit payment is required to secure your reservation. The deposit payment is flexible and not mandatory, but it is important to understand that we require it as a fee to facilitate your canyoning trip smoothly.
      • We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Age and Health Requirements:

      • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for the canyoning activity.
      • Participants should be in good health and physical condition to engage in outdoor activities. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries before the trip.

Responsibility and Liability:

      • Participants are responsible for their own safety during the canyoning adventure.
      • Participants must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the Adrenaline Rush Bali guides at all times.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Modifications:

Any changes or modifications to your booking must be communicated to us in advance and are subject to availability.

Weather and Force Majeure:

      • Canyoning trips are subject to weather conditions and safety considerations.
      • Adrenaline Rush Bali reserves the right to modify or cancel trips in cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

At Adrenaline Rush Bali, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before making a booking:

Free Cancellation:

      • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled activity date. No fees will be incurred.
      • To cancel a booking, participants must notify us by contacting our office or sending an email to [email protected]. Please provide your booking details for reference.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your activity, you can do so free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled activity date. We will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your availability.

1 Day Notice:

If you cancel or reschedule your reservation within 1 day before the scheduled activity date, you will be required to pay for the transportation cost Rp 250.000 per person. The activity fee will be waived.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Rain before arrival:

      • If the guest has not yet departed and the weather is unfavorable, we offer the option to reschedule the activity for another day.
      • If the guest is en route to the location and encounters rain along the way, before reaching the base camp, we will arrange transportation back to the hotel and provide the opportunity to reschedule the activity for another day.

Rain at the Base Camp:

      • If the guest reaches the base camp and encounters rain, we will assess the situation and determine if it is safe to proceed with the activity.
      • If the weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the canyoning activity, we will arrange transportation back to the hotel and offer the opportunity to reschedule for the next available day. The rescheduled activity will be subject to availability and the guest’s preference.

Refunds and Transport Costs:

    • If the guest decides not to continue with the canyoning activity or cancels due to weather conditions, we will refund the payment, excluding transport costs.
    • For guests who have already made full payment, a refund will be issued deducting transport costs of Rp 250.000 per person.
    • If the guest has not made full payment, the guest will be required to pay the transport costs of Rp 250.000 per person.

Please note that the availability of alternative dates for rescheduling is subject to prior bookings and our operational schedule.
